New Delhi, 11th Oct: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Cristiano R. Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm, to discuss India’s advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, and skill development.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister appreciated Qualcomm’s commitment to India’s Semiconductor and AI Missions, noting that the country offers unmatched talent and scale to develop technologies shaping the global future.
Mr. Amon thanked the Prime Minister for the discussion and highlighted opportunities to strengthen the Indian ecosystem across AI smartphones, PCs, smart glasses, automotive, and industrial sectors, while supporting the transition to 6G.
