New Delhi, 13th Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today extended his best wishes to Right Hon. Mrs. Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of Nepal. He reaffirmed that India remains firmly committed to the peace, progress, and prosperity of the people of Nepal.

In posts on X, he wrote: “I extend my best wishes to Right Hon. Mrs. Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of the Interim Government of Nepal. India remains firmly committed to the peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Nepal.”

He also shared the message in Hindi and Nepali:

“नेपाल की अंतरिम सरकार की प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में पद ग्रहण करने पर माननीय सुशीला कार्की जी को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। नेपाल के भाई-बहनों की शांति, प्रगति और समृद्धि के लिए भारत पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है।”
