New Delhi, 6th July: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives, including children, in the devastating floods that struck Texas, USA.
Taking to social media platform X late on Saturday night, the Prime Minister conveyed his condolences to the United States government and the bereaved families.
“Deeply saddened to learn about loss of lives, especially children in the devastating floods in Texas. Our condolences to the US Government and the bereaved families,” PM Modi posted.
The catastrophic flooding in Texas has caused widespread destruction, displacing hundreds and resulting in multiple casualties. Rescue operations are currently underway across affected areas.
