London, 13th June: The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for India in the UK Parliament has extended its deepest condolences following the tragic crash of Air India Flight AI171. The flight, bound for London Gatwick from Ahmedabad, went down shortly after takeoff earlier today.
The APPG expressed profound sadness over the loss of life and the devastating impact on families in both India and the UK. “Our thoughts are with all those who have lost loved ones, as well as those still awaiting news in the wake of this devastating event,” the statement said.
