Yoga Sangam Portal Surges Past 50,000 Registrations, Igniting National Wellness Movement

 In a powerful display of India’s commitment to holistic health, the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) event, “Yoga Sangam,” set for June 21, 2025, has hit a historic milestone. Over 50,000 organizations across the nation have already signed up to host Yoga Sangam sessions from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM that day, setting a new record for widespread participation.

Rajasthan leads the charge with an impressive 11,000+ organizations registered for Yoga Sangam 2025—the highest of any state. Telangana follows closely with over 7,000+ registrations, and Madhya Pradesh has nearly 5,000.

This year’s theme, ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health,’ is a universal call for unity and well-being. Leading institutions like IITs, IIMs, and Central Universities, alongside many businesses and private groups, are actively registering, showcasing their dedication to global wellness.

The Ministry of Ayush is building on the successful decentralized approach of past IDY events, making public engagement easier through the dedicated Yoga Sangam portal: Yoga.ayush.gov.in/yoga-sangam.

How to Join Yoga Sangam:
  • Visit: https://yoga.ayush.gov.in/yoga-sangam
  • Register your group or organization.
  • Host a Yoga session on June 21, 2025, from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
  • Upload participation details after the event to receive an official Certificate of Appreciation.
