New Delhi, 6th June: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi today, just a day after security forces neutralised a top Naxal leader, Sudhakar (alias Gautam), in Bijapur district.
CM Sai, who travelled to Delhi for a two-day visit, said before departing, “I will meet the Prime Minister and discuss the development of Chhattisgarh. I will also brief him about our fight against Naxalism and the successes we have had.”
The meeting focused on the successful anti-Naxal operations, the way forward to eliminate Naxalism, and the overall development of the state.
The Prime Minister’s Office posted on X: “Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri @vishnudsai, met Prime Minister @narendramodi.”
