New Delhi, 21st Dec. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed his eagerness to meet Mangal Sain Handa, a 101-year-old former Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, during his visit to Kuwait. The meeting is scheduled to take place during his interaction with the Indian diaspora.
