New Delhi, 26th Nov. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) celebrated its 12th foundation day on Tuesday, with party supremo Arvind Kejriwal emphasizing the values of “honesty and love of the people” that have strengthened the party. He asserted that the fight to uphold the Constitution and democracy would continue.
Taking to social media platform X, Kejriwal reflected on the party’s journey, stating, “The common man found its strength with the founding of AAP 12 years ago. This journey has been marked by struggle, sacrifice, and victory.”
Addressing recent challenges, he added, “In the last year, countless attempts were made to finish us, but our honesty, people’s love, and the morale of our workers have made us stronger. We stand more resolute against injustice and dictatorship.”
He urged party leaders and workers to renew their commitment to work for the country’s betterment.
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi also extended greetings to party workers on this occasion. In her message on X, she highlighted the “revolution” initiated 12 years ago, which brought hope for change through a “politics of work.” Atishi credited Kejriwal’s leadership for fulfilling this vision and reiterated the party’s resolve to improve the lives of the common man and elevate India to be the world’s leading nation.
