Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh addressed the American Chamber of India’s “Healthcare Summit” at Hotel Taj, emphasizing the role of advanced technology in ensuring accessible and affordable healthcare in India. Highlighting India’s prominence as a top biomanufacturer globally, he underscored the nation’s capability in cost-effective healthcare and its growing stature in medical tourism.

Dr. Singh, renowned for his expertise as an endocrinologist, commended the summit’s focus on accelerating innovative healthcare through technology transformation. He reiterated India’s commitment to healthcare advancements under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, including significant strides in vaccination drives and digital health initiatives.

The Minister emphasized the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in healthcare, citing their potential to enhance efficiency and accessibility across the country.
