No Jobs and New Industries In Maharashtra In Last Two Years: Aaditya Thackeray

Thane, 19th Feb.
In a scathing attack on Sunday, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray alleged that Maharashtra is trailing behind other states in development under Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s leadership. He highlighted purported issues such as unemployment and the migration of industries to Gujarat to criticize the state government.

Aaditya, the son of Uddhav Thackeray, visited various shakhas (party branches) of Shiv Sena (UBT) in Thane, the stronghold of CM Shinde. During his address to Shiv Sena (UBT) workers, Aaditya imitated Shinde’s speaking style.

He claimed that Mr. Shinde, who was a cabinet minister at the time, visited Matoshree, the Thackeray residence, on May 22, 2022, and expressed concerns to Uddhav Thackeray, alleging that the BJP would falsely implicate him in cases and imprison him.

Aaditya mocked Mr. Shinde’s emotional demeanor, remarking that despite having everything, he continues to cry. He also alleged that central investigative agencies like the ED and Income Tax are being misused against the opposition and Shiv Sainiks.

Furthermore, Aaditya pointed out the emergence of a large hoarding in Kolhapur depicting a “traitor goon” who allegedly attempted to harm a woman and her family, comparing its size unfavorably to that of Bal Thackeray’s hoarding.

He criticized the government’s failure to address rising unemployment and the relocation of industries to Gujarat, asserting that no new industries have been established in Maharashtra over the past two years.

Aaditya accused Shinde of incompetence, both as a Shiv Sainik and as a human being, asserting that Maharashtra is lagging in progress and development under his leadership. He recalled the loyalty of Shiv Sainiks from Thane to his grandparents Bal Thackeray and Meenatai.

Additionally, Aaditya alleged that the delay in municipal elections in Maharashtra is deliberate, citing public surveys that purportedly favor Maha Vikas Aghadi constituents over Shiv Sena and BJP if elections are held.

He also raised concerns about leaked papers in state competitive exams, pledging action upon the return of MVA to power.
