Rajasthan Govt Reshuffles 33 IAS Officers, Including 8 District Collectors

 The Rajasthan government on Tuesday announced the transfer of 33 Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers, which includes the reshuffling of eight district collectors. The reshuffle, as per the Department of Personnel’s order, is to streamline administrative operations and enhance efficiency across various departments.

IAS officer Alok, who previously served as the Principal Residential Commissioner in New Delhi, has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Power Department in Rajasthan. Similarly, IAS Aparna Arora will now serve as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Forest, Environment, and Climate Change Department.

Among other notable transfers, officers such as Dinesh Kumar, Naveen Mahajan, Bhanu Prakash, V. Saravana Kumar, and Urmila Rajoria have been assigned new responsibilities within the state administration.

Several district collectors have also witnessed changes in their postings. Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, the erstwhile collector of Bikaner, has been succeeded by Namrata Vrishni, while Tikamchand Bohra, the collector of Shahpura, has been replaced by Rajendra Singh Shekhawat. Anshdeep, who served as the collector of Sriganganagar, has been replaced by Lok Bandhu.

Moreover, Arun Kumar Purohit, the former collector of Barmer, has been appointed as the collector of Nagaur, with Nishant Jain taking over his previous position. Puja Kumari Parth, who previously held the post of Sanchor collector, has been appointed as the collector of Jalore, with Shakti Singh Rathore succeeding her.

Additionally, Amit Yadav, the former collector of Nagaur, has been reassigned to Bharatpur to undertake new administrative responsibilities.
