Jaipur, 11th Jan. Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma met with Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala on Thursday and discussed various topics, including tourism and job creation.
The official statement revealed that the chief minister and Fiala explored ways to promote tourism in Rajasthan, generate employment opportunities through technological innovation, and foster industrial development.
During the meeting, the chief minister highlighted the potential for tourism in Rajasthan and even screened a short film on the subject.
Additionally, Sharma emphasized that Bhilwara serves as the textile industry hub in Rajasthan, with a notable presence of Czech companies in the technical textile sector. He expressed optimism about the prospects for trade and investment in the state.
Furthermore, the chief minister engaged with Czech industrialists and investors, extending an invitation for them to invest in Rajasthan.
Himanshu Gupta, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Industrial Promotion (BIP), provided information on various industries in the state, including textiles, tourism, solar energy, automobiles, and cement.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Anand Kumar, and senior officials from the Czech government.
