New Delhi, 15th Dec.
Amit Shah, the Home Minister, confidently stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undoubtedly retain power for a third term in 2024.

Shah expressed his belief that the ruling BJP will achieve an even greater victory in the Lok Sabha polls compared to 2019.

In an interview with news channel ‘Aaj Tak’, Shah addressed the BJP’s decision to choose new faces as chief ministers in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, stating that these leaders were once ordinary workers who were given opportunities by the party.

Shah attributed Modi’s consistently high approval ratings to the public’s belief that he can lead the country to greatness.

He emphasized that Modi’s actions were not for personal gain or the benefit of his party, but for the country and its impoverished citizens.

Shah praised Modi for making difficult decisions that may have initially hurt the party’s votes but were ultimately in the best interest of the people. He credited India’s overall progress to these decisions.

Shah expressed confidence in the BJP’s prospects, highlighting its performance, goals, and leadership.

He criticized the opposition INDIA bloc for its internal conflicts during the recent assembly polls and reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to the Uniform Civil Code and the Citizenship (Amendment) Act.

Shah condemned the opposition for creating a divide between the northern and southern parts of India following the assembly polls.

He disapproved of such political tactics and stated that the BJP aims to improve its performance in Telangana, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu in 2024.
