20 Trains Delayed Due to Cold Morning in Delhi, Temperature Drops to 5.3 Degrees

New Delhi, 8th Jan.
 Due to weather conditions in the national capital, twenty trains heading towards Delhi were delayed on Monday. The minimum temperature recorded was 5.3 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees below the average for this season.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported a relative humidity of 95% at 8:30 am.

The IMD has predicted shallow fog throughout the day, with the maximum temperature expected to reach 17 degrees Celsius.

The Indian Railways stated that the delays of the twenty Delhi-bound trains were caused by the weather conditions.
