Yogi Adityanath is the only leader ensuring maximum identity groups are united under the flag of Sanatan Dharma

Lucknow, 25th August. The politics of Uttar Pradesh have been without a strong figurehead to give the populace a sense of unity for the past few decades. The only leader who has made sure that all identity groups are taken into account under the general rubric of Sanatan Dharma is the current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. On the other hand, some political analysts contend that CM Yogi failed to include the Parshuram Bhakts because he was unable to speak to every identity group.
Uttar Pradesh is regarded as a crucial state for political parties given the extensive preparations being made for the upcoming 2024 elections. The Bhartiya Janata Party is prepared to honor Parshuram, a Brahmin Bhagavan, by developing Jalalabad as his birthplace in light of this. In a related development, the area may be expanded to include a tourist circuit that includes at least five religious sites.
Circuit of Parshuram
This project to develop Jalalabad, the city that is thought to be the birthplace of Parshuram, has been taken on by Jitin Prasada, the head of the Ministry of Public Works Department and a fellow Brahmin.
Starting from Jalalabad and including Naimisaranya in Sitapur, Maharishi Dadhichi Ashram in the Mishrikh neighborhood of Sitapur, Gola Gokar Nath in Lakhimpur Kheri, and Gomti Udgam in the Madhotana neighborhood of Pilibhit, the project will travel the “Parshuram Circuit.” The development of these locations will improve road connectivity and provide amenities for travelers.
The PWD minister stated, “The opposition used Parshuram as a political tool before the elections, and then forgot about it afterward and are not even talking about it.” He was speaking of these sites as potential sources of economic growth for tourism. However, the BJP leadership plans to create both a Parshuram Circuit and a Parshuram Janmasthal in Jalalabad.
During a meeting with Finance Minister Suresh Khanna in Shahjahanpur, the PWD and the Culture Minister first proposed the idea of promoting Jalalabad as a tourist destination, as was previously reported.
The recent action is thought to be an attempt by the BJP to combat its pro-Thakur image among the populace of Uttar Pradesh, specifically, given that Parshuram is considered sacred to Brahmins.
Stop the rumor from spreading
The creation of the Parshuram Circuit is seen as a BJP effort to dispel the rumors in an environment where the political status of India is believed to be under a tight noose. To get into the specifics, it is allegedly thought that the recent project was initiated because of the UP-pro-Thakur BJP’s reputation.
However, in light of the impending elections, it is evidently the opposition’s strategy to target the dominant political party.
However, it is important to note that the opposition is attempting to encircle the BJP from every angle after understanding the background. The Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) attempted to incite Parshuram Bhakts against the BJP in order to carry out this promise.
The opposition parties tried to entice the public with empty promises if elected in order to gain an advantage over the BJP. The SP and BSP attempted to incite people by claiming that the BJP is allegedly ignoring the Brahmins and Kshatriyas in light of CM Yogi Adityanath’s support for the identity group that initially catered to the oppositions.
Promises made in vain won’t advance political goals
The SP and BSP lured the Parshuram Bhakts in order to gain the much-desired competitive edge in politics, which resulted in a backlash against the BJP. While the BSP pledged to erect a massive Parshuram statue if elected, the opposition parties pledged to make Parshuram Jayanti a national holiday.
If elected leader of the BSP in the 2022 Assembly elections, Mayawati pledged to erect a statue and construct hospitals in Parshuram’s honor. She made this promise just a few days after the Samajwadi Party promised to erect Parshuram statues throughout the state if it wins power in 2022. Additionally, the Yogi Adityanath administration was urged by Congress to designate Parshuram Jayanti as a national holiday.
The opposition parties’ empty promises to build infrastructure and statues of Bhagwan Parshuram were intended to appeal to Brahmin voters, who are rumored to be dissatisfied with the Yogi Adityanath administration.
The opposition was forced to use polarisation by empty vote banks
The SP and BSP are well aware that Bhagwan Parshuram links the Kshatriyas and Brahmins, who have consistently increased their support for the BJP. Further, the opposition subtly distorted the story for political gain by misrepresenting the Yogi Adityanath administration’s support for Yadavs and other identity groups. Everything that happened was planned in order to satisfy their vote banks.
For the benefit of their voter bases, almost every politician tried to create divisions among the various identity groups. But only Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister, was able to divide his government equally among the various constituencies. Thus, Yogi’s decision to construct a “Parshuram Circuit” will not only aid the BJP in dispelling its alleged anti-Brahmin image, but it will also serve as the deciding factor for the BSP and SP.
