UPSC Announces Final Results for Combined Defence Services Exam (II) 2023

New Delhi, 23rd April.
 The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results for the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2023.

The merit list includes 197 candidates who will be considered for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).

Key Points:

• The list includes candidates who qualified for the 157th (DE) Course at IMA, Ezhimala Naval Academy, and No. 216 F(P) Course at AFA.

• There are vacancies for NCC “C” certificate holders in all three academies.
• UPSC recommended a larger pool of candidates for the written exam, with final selection based on SSB interviews conducted by the Ministry of Defence.
• Medical examination results are not included in this list.
• Verification of educational qualifications and date of birth is ongoing. Selected candidates must submit original certificates to the respective academy (IMA, INA, AFA) based on their first choice.
• The results are available on the UPSC website (https://upsc.gov.in/). Marks will be available after the final results for OTA (CDS II 2023) are declared.
