Two Punjab Farmers Returning from Protest Site Killed in Road Accident

Chandigarh, 11th Dec. Two Punjab farmers were killed in a road accident in Hisar district of Haryana on Saturday while returning from a protest site at Tikri border.

The deceased Sukhdev Singh (40) and Ajaypreet Singh (32) were residents of Assa Buttar village in Gidderbaha Tehsil of Muktsar district.

Another farmer was injured in the accident, who has been identified as Raghbir Singh. They were returning to their village by tractor when a canter hit the tractor at around 5 am. The deceased along with others went to Tikri border on Thursday.
