Three Members of Thak Thak Gang Arrested in Noida Encounter

Noida, 29th August. Three members of the Thak Thak gang were arrested in an encounter with the Sector 58 police in Noida. One of the criminals sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during the exchange of fire. The police recovered a stolen laptop, a firearm, and five mobile phones from the suspects.

ADCP Manish Kumar Mishra reported that on Wednesday night, the Sector 58 police team signaled a suspicious car to stop, but the occupants attempted to flee. The police pursued and apprehended the three criminals in Sector 62. During interrogation, the suspects revealed their involvement in the Thak Thak gang and confessed to several incidents in Noida.

The suspects also disclosed that stolen items were hidden in D Park, Sector 62. When police took the gang members to recover the stolen goods, one of the criminals fired at the police team. The police responded with gunfire, resulting in a leg injury to one of the suspects, identified as Ahd from Delhi Gate, Meerut.

The other two arrested individuals were identified as Waseem and Jitender, also from Delhi Gate, Meerut. The injured suspect has been admitted to the district hospital.

The police also recovered the Baleno car used in the crime.
