Telangana Governor Seeks Report on ‘Suicide’ of Woman Job Aspirant from Chief Secretary, DGP & TSPSC

Hyderabad, 14th Oct. Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan expressed her deep sorrow over the alleged suicide of a woman job aspirant.
She has asked for a report from the Chief Secretary, DGP, and secretary of the state Public Service Commission (TSPSC) within 48 hours regarding the incident.
The Governor extended her condolences to the family of the deceased and acknowledged the challenges and pressures faced by young aspirants preparing for competitive exams. It has been brought to her attention that the woman was preparing for the Group II examination, which had been postponed by the Telangana State Public Service Commission.
In light of this incident, she has directed the relevant authorities to provide a detailed report on the suicide.
The Governor remains committed to addressing the issues raised by this tragic event and urged unemployed youth to stay hopeful and courageous in their pursuit of employment.
She assured them of her unwavering support in achieving their employment goals.
The woman allegedly died by suicide at her hostel, leading to protests by government job aspirants against the government.
