Indian Revenue Service officer Sameer Wankhede filed a police complaint on Friday after receiving a threat from an unidentified Twitter user, according to an official.

A case was filed against a man after a WhatsApp message threatening to assassinate Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was received on the state police's text helpline, officials said here on Tuesday.
