Supriya Sule Takes Aim at Ajit Pawar Over Mixing Politics and Personal Relationships

Mumbai, 16th August. Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar) leader Supriya Sule has openly slammed her cousin, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, accusing him of blurring the lines between business and personal relationships.

The remarks come just days after Ajit Pawar expressed regret for fielding his wife, Sunetra Pawar, against Sule in the Baramati constituency during the Lok Sabha elections earlier this year.

Speaking at a recent event, Sule, daughter of NCP founder Sharad Pawar, remarked, “The state government did not remember beloved sisters during the Lok Sabha polls, but their affection seems to be overflowing during the assembly polls.” Sule added that her brothers, a direct reference to Ajit Pawar, failed to distinguish between relationships and business dealings, which had deeply hurt her and others.

“Money should not interfere with relationships, and relationships should not mix with business. Sadly, our brother could not understand this,” she said.
