Gurugram, 23rd Dec. Summer Fields School , Gurugram hosted the Rotary Interact Club Installation Ceremony on Monday, 23rd December 2024 to establish its Interact Club, a youth initiative promoting leadership, community service and global citizenship. The event was marked by enthusiasm, inspiration and meaningful exchanges, reflecting the core values of the Rotary community.

The event exemplified the spirit of collaboration, bringing together esteemed organizations and individuals to foster leadership, community service and shared goals for societal development . The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Sunaina Parikhsa Raghnidevi Mohan, Second Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Suriname in India as the Chief Guest.

Other distinguished guests included Ms. Arti Kochhar, Executive Director of BNI Gurgaon and Faridabad Region; Mr. Saumitra, Senior Director Consulting, BNI Gurgaon and Faridabad Region; Ms. Ruchi Rai, Literacy Director, Rotary District 3011 literacy Chair; Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President GTTCI ; Mr. Shubham Gupta, Director, GTTCI; Rtn Rajiv Aneja, Assistant Governor of District Interact Chair, Rotary District 3011, Ms. Ritu Prasad, Director of District Interact Chair, Rotary District 3011.


Highlights of the Event
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Soumya Taneja, Head – Junior & Middle School, Summer Fields. The school then introduced the objectives and vision of the newly formed Interact Club, inspiring students to become change-makers in their communities. This was followed by cultural highlights, including a captivating dance performance, an instrumental musical rendition , an impactful skit based on ‘The Spirit of Christmas’ and delightful carol singing, spreading cheer and joy.
