Sidhu Moose Wala Killing: Punjab Police Registers FIR Against Unknown Persons

Mansa, 30th May. Punjab Police has filed an FIR against unknown persons after Congress leader and famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified attackers in Jawaharke village of Mansa district of Punjab on Sunday.
The Punjab police has registered the FIR under sections 302, 307, and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at City-1 at Mansa Police Station.
Notably, CCTV footage has surfaced on social media which displays two cars trailing singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s jeep moments before he was shot dead in Punjab’s Mansa district. The video, however, is not authenticated by the Punjab police yet.
Meanwhile, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar apparently took responsibility for Sidhu Moose Wala’s assassination in a Facebook post on Sunday evening.
Goldy Brar is a close aide of gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi, who is also said to be involved in the singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder.
Goldy Brar alias Satinder Singh is involved in many criminal cases.
A Faridpur court had earlier this month issued an open-ended non-bailable arrest warrant against Goldy Brar in connection with the murder of the district Youth Congress president, Gurlal Singh Pehalwan.
