Jaipur, 1st August. The Rajasthan government has transferred 18 bureaucrats, including seven officers from the Indian Administrative Service.
On Sunday night, the Department of Personnel released transfer lists.
According to the lists, Sudhansh Pant, the chairman of the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board, has been appointed as the director general of the Rajasthan Institute of Public Administration (RIPA).
Kumarpal Gautam, the project director of the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP), has been appointed as the excise commissioner.
Joga Ram, secretary of the Local Self Government Department, has been appointed as the RUIDP project director.
K K Pathak, secretary of the Rural Development Department, and Namrata Vrishni, joint CEO of the State Health Insurance Agency, have been transferred to the Finance Department.
Pathak will be the new secretary (revenue), and Vrishni will be the joint secretary (tax).
Manju Rajpal will take over as secretary of the Rural Development Department in place of Pathak.
Four Indian Police Service officers were transferred: Param Navjyoti, Yogesh Dadhich, Devendra Kumar Vishnoi, and Alok Srivastava.
Navjyoti has been appointed as deputy inspector general, intelligence; Dadhich as superintendent of police (SP), Special Operations Group; Vishnoi as superintendent of police (SP), Bikaner, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB); and Srivastava as superintendent of police (SP), Kota, ACB.
According to the lists, seven Indian Forest Service officers were also transferred.
