QCI’s Gunvatta Sankalp Reaches Nagaland to Boost Quality-Led Growth

Kohima – The Quality Council of India (QCI), in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland, hosted Gunvatta Sankalp Nagaland at Hotel Vivor, Kohima, aiming to drive quality-backed growth in key sectors, including healthcare, education, MSMEs, and tourism.

Tourism and Higher Education Minister Temjen Imna Along, in his keynote address, highlighted Nagaland’s commitment to excellence, stating, “The people of Nagaland are the true brand ambassadors of quality. Our aspirations define the state’s journey towards progress.”

QCI Chairperson Jaxay Shah emphasized Nagaland’s role in the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, noting, “A developed India is not possible without a developed Nagaland. QCI is committed to supporting and amplifying the state’s unique strengths through quality-driven initiatives.”

Senior officials, including Chief Secretary Dr. J. Alam (IAS) and Secretary to the CM Kesonyu Yhome (IAS), participated in discussions on integrating quality at the grassroots level. The initiative aligns with Nagaland’s sustainable development goals, reinforcing its global competitiveness through strategic reforms.
