New Delhi, 3rd Sept. Umesh Upadhyay, a distinguished name in the media industry, passed away today.
The veteran journalist was seriously injured in an accident while construction work was being carried out at his home. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
His death has sent waves of grief through the journalism community.
Over a career spanning more than four decades, Upadhyay made significant contributions to Indian media across print, radio, television, and digital platforms.
