New Delhi, 31st Oct. President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and other dignitaries paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the occasion of his birth anniversary on Monday.
On Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, the President and others paid floral tributes at the statue of India’s first home minister at a special function held in the capital’s Patel Chowk.
Among those present were Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena and Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi, among others.
