New Delhi: President Droupadi Murmu extended her greetings to citizens on the eve of Chaitra Sukladi, Ugadi, Gudi Padwa, Cheti Chand, Navreh, and Sajibu Cheiraoba.
In her message, she highlighted the significance of these festivals, which mark the arrival of spring and the beginning of the Indian New Year. She emphasized that these celebrations reflect India’s cultural diversity, strengthen social cohesion, and provide an opportunity to express gratitude for the new harvest.
