New Delhi– President Droupadi Murmu has appointed new judges to the Rajasthan High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, and Chhattisgarh High Court, as per the powers conferred by the Constitution.
According to an official communiqué issued by the government, four advocates—Anand Sharma, Sunil Beniwal, Mukesh Rajpurohit, and Sandeep Shah—have been appointed as Judges of the Rajasthan High Court.
Additionally, Justice Sumeet Goel, Justice Sudeepti Sharma, and Justice Kirti Singh, who were serving as Additional Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, have now been appointed as Permanent Judges of the same court.
In the Chhattisgarh High Court, Justice Sachin Singh Rajput, Justice Radhakishan Agrawal, and Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal have been appointed as Additional Judges for a fresh term of one year.
These appointments aim to strengthen the judiciary and enhance the efficiency of the respective high courts.
