President Kovind Receives First Copy of the Book “Bharatiya Sanskriti Mein Manviya Jijeevisha”

New Delhi, 9th March. President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday (March 9, 2022) received the first copy of Acharya Hazari Prasad Dwivedi’s Essay Compilation ““Bharatiya Sanskriti Mein Manviya Jijeevisha” at Rashtrapati Bhavan from President of Acharya Hazari Prasad Dwivedi Memorial Trust and Editor of Essay Compilation, Aparna Dwivedi.

Trustees of Acharya Hazari Prasad Dwivedi Memorial Trust Nupur Pandey, Ratnesh Mishra and Ashok Maheshwari were also present in the program.

Acharya Hazari Prasad Dwivedi paved new paths in the field of linguistics, criticism, cultural discourse, novels and essays. He is credited with establishing Sant Kabir as a great literary poet. His contribution under the guidance of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore has enriched our literary heritage.

In his brief remarks on the occasion, President Kovind appreciated the contribution of Acharya Dwivedi in spreading the works of poets like Kabir. At the same time, he stressed on the spread of Hindi as a mass-relative language.
