New Delhi, 3rd April. Advocate Sankalp Mishra has been appointed as the government counsel in the Supreme Court by the honorable President of India. Mishra is one of the youngest lawyers to be appointed to this prestigious position. With a strong academic background, Sankalp brings diverse experience in the field of law.
After completing his law studies at the esteemed Queen Mary University in London, Sankalp returned to India with a determination to practice law here. Before starting his own practice, he received guidance from senior advocate Mrs. Pinki Anand, where he assisted in constitutional, criminal, corporate law, and major international arbitration cases.
In his legal journey, Sankalp has also worked under the guidance of esteemed justices of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi, including Honorable Justice S. Ravindra Bhat and Honorable Justice Rajiv Shakdher. He currently operates his practice through his office located in Bengali Market, New Delhi.
Sankalp is also actively involved in various social and environmental activities through the philanthropic trust managed by his family, the ‘Pt. Ganesh Prasad Mishra Seva Nyas.’
