PM Modi Urges BJP Workers to Expose AAP’s Shortcomings Ahead of Delhi Polls

New Delhi, 23rd Jan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed BJP booth-level workers during the Mera Booth Sabse Majboot program, urging them to expose shortcomings in Delhi under AAP’s governance. He directed workers to document issues like broken drains, garbage heaps, and poor amenities by taking photos and sharing them with locations.

“The biggest goal is to form a BJP government and free Delhi from the troubles created by AAP. This will pave the way for making Delhi a developed capital of a developed India,” said the PM. Highlighting the BJP’s outreach efforts, Modi assured workers that their grassroots strength would secure a decisive victory in the upcoming assembly elections.

PM Modi criticized AAP and Congress for their governance, accusing both of betraying Delhi’s residents. He praised the BJP’s focus on the middle class, citing infrastructure developments like the metro network and expressways as achievements by the central government. Modi also called out AAP for amplifying corruption, stating, “AAP-Da inherited Congress’s evils and doubled them in nine years.”

The Delhi assembly elections, scheduled for February 5, will witness a three-way contest between AAP, BJP, and Congress. While Congress has struggled in recent elections, AAP dominated the 2020 polls, winning 62 out of 70 seats, leaving the BJP with eight.
