New Delhi, 19th Nov: Aide to the Russian President and Chairman of the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The meeting focused on advancing cooperation in the maritime sector, with both sides discussing new opportunities in connectivity, skill development, shipbuilding and the blue economy. The leaders exchanged views on strengthening long-standing bilateral engagements in areas that support regional growth and strategic collaboration.

Prime Minister Modi conveyed his warm greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin and expressed that he looked forward to hosting him in India next month.
