New Delhi, 13th May. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Andrew Yule & Company limited, a company under the Ministry of Heavy Industry, for a 431% increase in tea exports.
Replying to a tweet by the Union Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey, the Prime Minister tweeted, “Many congratulations! This is a major achievement in the direction of achieving the resolve of a self-reliant India.”

Earlier, Union Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey in a tweet in Hindi said, “taking forward Prime Minister Mr.@narendramodi Ji’s vision ‘Local to Global’ @YuleCompany under @MHI_GoI, has achieved a growth of 431% in the export of tea as compared to the previous year. I congratulate the employees and office bearers of the tea garden and factory for this achievement.”
