Piyush Goyal Inaugurates Indian Pavilion at Dubai Expo, PM Modi Says, “Now is the Best Time to Invest in India

Dubai, 2nd Oct. The world’s largest expo has started in Dubai. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal inaugurated the Indian Pavilion in it on Friday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared his message on the occasion. PM Modi said that this is the best time to invest in India. India is a power house of talent. India has built the biggest pavilion in this expo. I am sure this expo will go a long way in further cementing our deep and historical ties with UAE and Dubai.

The Prime Minister said that today’s India is one of the most open countries in the world – open to learning, open to perspective, open to innovation, open to investment. I invite you to come and invest in our country. Today India is a land of opportunities.

Piyush Goyal said that from launching the world’s most economical space mission to making the world’s first DNA-based vaccine, India is putting its capabilities in front of the world. Riding on reforms in all sectors, India is emerging as a global economic hub. He told the investors that let’s grow together, change together, bring change together.

India’s culture and development in the country will be shown in this 6-month-long expo. In this, special emphasis will be on the Amrit Mahotsav being held on 75 years of independence. Pavilions from 180 countries have been built in the expo. 500 crores has been spent in making the pavilion of India. The expo will be attended by Tata Group, Reliance, Adani, Vedanta, HSBC from India.

600 blocks have been built in the grand pavilion of India. They keep on rotating depicting that India is moving fast. Along with showing culturally rich India inside the pavilion, it has also been explained that there is immense potential for investment in India for a 5 trillion economy. India’s culture, historical heritage will be seen as soon as you enter the pavilion of India. Together it will also be realized how rich India is in terms of modern technology.

The entire Indian pavilion has been designed on 11 themes including Climate & Biodiversity, Space, Urban Travel & Connectivity, Global Goals, Health and Wellness. Investment prospects have been mentioned in Space Technology, Robotics, Electric Mobility, Edu Tech, E-Commerce, Energy, Cyber Security, Healthcare, Startups, Make in India.
