Faridabad, 7th March. MLA Shri Neeraj Sharma began his Governor’s address with a verse written inside the Ramayana by Goswami Tulsidas ji in Sundar Kand.
MLA Shri Neeraj Sharma stated that in effective administration, there should be no fear without love, brother, and that this may be the reason why red tape is growing prominent in the state. Aside from the MLAs and ministries, the Honorable Chief Minister’s statements are likewise riddled with complications. People should have received the announcements that should have been completed on time.
The Chief Minister’s declaration is still pending as of 2016. Neeraj Sharma stated that the Chief Minister is not questioning your personal honesty, but you all know how much looting occurred in the Faridabad Municipal Corporation over the last 5-7 years. Hundreds of crores of rupees were paid without any work. Despite this, the investigation is not completed on time, and those who are evil and unrighteous are not punished.
Along with this, the MLA addressed the subject of corruption of Gurgaon Police and urged that take the problem of corruption of Gurgaon Police. The opposition MLA has been silent on the matter.
The opposition MLA is not saying about it. Now the Honorable Court has made a very strong remark against the then Police Commissioner KK Rao. Pankaj Setia DSP was absconding for so many days, till he did not get bail, did not appear, where are you hiding.
The opposition MLA has been silent on the matter. The Honorable Court has now issued a stern rebuke to the then-Police Commissioner KK Rao. Pankaj Setia DSP had been missing for several days, until he did not get bail and did not appear.
Why could the administration not arrest them for so long, and who made them sit on creamy posts, and I have repeatedly stated that this matter will not be solved by STF because money was recovered in Haryana, Noida, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Gaya abroad, and this matter should go to CBI, it is a case of black money.
The black money ended with the note ban, and rumour is coming from Aput Sutro that this matter is worth 234 crores, whereas newspapers are only talking about 40 to 50 crores, and there is no mention of Rs 234 crores in the FIR, so where did he go? There will be no information until this case is presented to the ED, and it would be quite dishonest not to have it probed by the Hon’ble Sitting Judge.
Sarurpur Industrial Area should be regularised as well:
Speaker Sir, in the previous session, a bill titled Management of unfinished civic amenities and infrastructure in Haryana Municipal Areas: When I proposed the Special Provisions Bill 2021, I also requested that the Sarurpur Industrial Area be assigned to my and Prithla Vidhan Sabha. People are getting into mischief.
The second phase of the AMRUT scheme:
Similarly, the Amrit Yojana’s second phase is approaching, and it is very unfortunate that only 40 percent of the work has been completed, while the work is less than 40 percent. You are all aware that Whirlpool Saran Road has been exposed to such widespread corruption that the government has issued an affidavit stating that the contract awarded was for Rs 41.05 crore. The government should investigate why this bridge is given so much favour by the Gopal Construction department, and its one-two contracts should be scrutinised by the CBI, because we will not be able to make Haryana development in our country until we control corruption.
Unani System Hospital:
MLA Neeraj Sharma stated that the AYUSH department has been given approximately 8 acres of property in Khedi-Gujaran village, which is located on the Ballabhgarh Sohna road within NIT 86 Faridabad, Haryana Government has offered the Ministry of AYUSH the establishment of a hospital with 120 beds. It has been given permission to be opened, but it was not mentioned frequently in the Hon’ble Governor’s message.
Question was raised in Rajya Sabha by our popular MP Shri Deependra Hooda ji, on which it was answered by the government that Rs 3423.77 lakh crore has been paid by the Government of India but no work has been done on the ground.
We have to believe that the officers will need to be instructed on why, if the money is coming from the Government of India, the work is not being done on the ground. Yes, we Chief Minister also express our gratitude to you for meeting the Union Ayush Minister in Delhi several times for this hospital, as well as calling and writing letters on numerous occasions.
The general populace is burdened by high costs:
Honorable Speaker Sir, as you are all aware, people’s lives have been extremely difficult since Corona. There is no such middle-class family whose gold is not mortgaged in banks. Today, everyone is having a difficult time getting by. The government should implement policies that promote happiness in the lives of its citizens.
MLA Neeraj Sharma added, “You are presenting the budget on March 8 and when we used to beg for Lohri, just two things used to happen: for the house from whom we used to get Lohri, we used to say, कोठे उत्थे हुक्काए ते ये घर भूक्खा.” Please find me a suitable home.
We used to remark, when you become hooked, this home is starving, when we couldn’t obtain it. The budget should be presented in such a way that equal funds are distributed to each assembly.
Honorable Chief Minister, your government has done a fine job by granting leaseholders in urban local bodies’ ownership rights, but we want the government to also grant land to Dohalidars, Bondedars, and Buttedars.
We Governor’s address is not only for criticizing the government but for the overall development of the state. We, as the primary opposition, have a duty to warn the government. We are doing so and will continue to spread the people’s voice through this magnificent structure.
The Prime Minister I just had one thing to say.
जासु राज प्रिय प्रजा दुखारी। सो नृपृ अवसि नरक अधिकारी।
We all have come whatever we choose. It is our responsibility to wear this chaupai throughout our lives.
