Niten Chandra Remains Secretary of Legislative Department

New Delhi, 22^nd Sept. Niten Chandra, Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, will continue to serve as Secretary, Legislative Department.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (20.09.2022), the competent authority has approved Mr. Chandra’s continued additional charge of the post until 03.10.2022 during Dr. Reeta Vasishta’s absence on leave.

Niten Chandra is a 1990 batch IAS officer.
