MAMATA BANERJEE CONVENES CABINET MEETING, 4 MINISTERS REMAIN ABSENT

GG News Bureau

Kolkata, 23 Dec

On Tuesday Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee called the cabinet meeting in which four ministers were absent. It must be noted that some members of Trinamool have left the party and joined BJP recently.

Party General Secretary Partha Chatterjee had said that the absence of 4 ministers seems appropriate, but Forest Minister Rajib Banerjee was also not present in the meeting and lots of meanings can be drawn from his absence.

North Bengal Development Minister Rabindra Nath Ghosh and Tourism Minister Goutam Deb were also missing in the meeting called by Mamata Banerjee. However Rabindra Nath Ghosh is busy these days to help people derive advantage from government services. In such a situation he could not attend the meeting. Goutam Deb also could not attend the meeting due to some health issues.
