Bhopal, 21st Oct. The Madhya Pradesh government has made all the government employees happy by giving gifts to the employees before Diwali. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced that the dearness allowance of all government employees of the state will be increased by 8%. This increased dearness allowance to all government servants will be paid in November 2021. It will be added to the salary of October 2021.
With this, now the total dearness allowance to the officers and employees of the state will increase from 12% to 20%. Due to the financial condition of the state being badly affected during the Corona period, the increments given to government servants in July 2020 and January 2021 were also postponed.
The state government has now decided that 50% of this pending increment will be given along with the salary of October 2021 to be paid in November 2021. While the remaining 50% of the pending increment will be paid in March 2022 against the salary of February 2022.
