New Delhi, 26th Sept. IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers stated on Tuesday that India is one of the most competitive aviation markets in the world, with a lot of competition.
IndiGo is the country’s largest carrier, accounting for more than 63% of the domestic market, and it is rapidly increasing its overseas operations.
The airline operates flights to 32 international and 81 domestic destinations.
According to Elbers, India has an outstanding aviation market and is one of the most competitive in the world.
He stated that IndiGo is in a “maturing phase” and emphasized the importance of establishing aviation hubs in India, which is underserved.
Elbers was speaking at the All India Management Association (AIMA) convention in the national capital.
