IIT Baba Alleges Assault During TV Debate in Noida, Withdraws Complaint

Noida – Abhay Singh, popularly known as ‘IIT Baba,’ has alleged that he was assaulted during a news debate at a private television channel’s studio in Noida on Friday.

According to his complaint, a group of saffron-clad individuals entered the newsroom and allegedly misbehaved with him before attacking him with sticks. Following the incident, he staged a protest outside the police outpost in Sector 126.

However, the protest was called off after police officials intervened. Bhupendra Singh, Station House Officer (SHO) of Sector 126 police station, confirmed that Singh was convinced by authorities and did not proceed with a formal complaint.
