Health Ministry Seeks Public Input on National Pharmacy Commission Bill 2023

New Delhi, 20^th Nov. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is seeking feedback from the general public on the proposed National Pharmacy Commission Bill 2023.

This bill aims to establish the National Pharmacy Commission and replace the Pharmacy Act of 1948. A draft of the bill has been made available on the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s website under the News and Highlights section, with a public notice dated November 10, 2023.

The purpose of this notice is to gather comments from the general public and stakeholders to enhance the proposed legislation.
