Allotment of three Commercial Showrooms in Gurugram on basis of forged documents causing loss to the exchequer to tune of around Rs. Fifty Crores. Beneficiary V.K Goyal arrested and a major hunt on to arrest the then HSVP, Estate Officer. who fearing arrest has gone underground.
Three years back following exposure of above scam by ‘Gustakhi Maaf Haryana”, E.O. HSVP Gurugram was suspended but a senior IAS officer posted in CMO, ensured not only his reinstatement but managed additional charge of Joint-Commissioner of MCG, Gurugram for him.

State Vigilance . Bureau ,Gurugram has launched a major crackdown against land mafia and officers of H.S.V.P Gurugram for cornering three show rooms in sector 23, and 23 A ,Gurugram on the basis of forged forged documents. The story has all the ingredients of a potbelly Mumbai masala movie.
SVB, Gurugram has registered a case against Mukesh Kumar Solanki, V.K. Goyal and three officials of H.S.V.P Gurugram under sections 120-B,409,418,420,467 ,468 IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act,1988,13 (2),13 (1),(c) and 13 (1) d.
Showrooms were allotted in auction in 1997 at price of Rs. Twenty Eight Crores and Sixty Five Lakhs. When allotment letter was sent at the address shown in application, it was not received as no Company existed and hence the allotment was cancelled in 1998.
All appeals were rejected in 2000.
In 2018 above showrooms were again allotted at the price of 1997.
At that time the above mentioned IAS officer has ensured that the State govt, does not give permission to SVB for launching prosecution against the HSVP EO, whose wife is a senior office-bearer of BJP.
Fearing registration of case, EO, HSVP has got a stay form a local court debarring registration of case against him but the stay was vacated clearing the way for registration of case by the SVB.
