Office of Advocate general Haryana reluctant to provide even routine information under RTI act taking coverage of section section 8 of RTI act 2005 Dr Akhil Mahajan had sought information in connection of his case CWP 4383/2022 from the office of Advocate General regarding comments given By Director general town and county planning Haryana to advocate general in above mentioned case number in Punjab and Haryana High court .
Applicant even got same document from inspection of documents in high court registry after a period of 21 days as compared to one or two days .it is ironical why advocate general office is afraid of providing information which is routine one and contains only instructions from Department to AG for conveying the same to kind attention of Bench and explaining the stance of Govt in the case .which was challenged by applicant This is position of justice by custodians of justice deptt. only God can deliver justice in land of God that is Haryana.
