Governor Uikey Pays Floral Tribute to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar

Raipur, 14th April. Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey paid tribute to Bharat Ratna and the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, by garlanding his photo on his birth anniversary at Raj Bhavan on Thursday.
Governor Uikey said that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was always striving for building a just and egalitarian society. He has played an important role in the empowerment of the exploited, oppressed and weaker sections of the society. Dr. Ambedkar always emphasized on the upliftment of women in the society. He was in favor of the empowerment of women.
The Governor said that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was not only rich in personality, but he was also a great thinker, writer, speaker and scholar of law. His struggle for the rights and upliftment of the deprived sections of the society can never be forgotten. We all should take inspiration from his great personality and life values.
