Raipur, 16th March. If we look at the statistics of participation of women in the public sector, then we will find that women have become empowered in every field and they have made their place in the public sector in more and more numbers.

Earlier, only one or two states had women governors, whereas in the last few years, eight out of 29 states have women governors. This shows how empowered women have become over the years.

Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey said this at the Atulya Shakti Samman Samaroh organized at Rungta College campus, Bhilai in Durg district.

The Governor said that women have been leading in every field. A daughter of Bastar has even succeeded in reaching Everest. Her peak success shows that women are not behind in any front.

In her address, the Governor said that in our verses, there has been a mention of “Shakti Rupen Sansthita”. Woman has been called power, then woman is power in herself, all we have to do is to recognize our powers. Know your strengths, you will be able to achieve every possible position in public life. Along with this, you should also inspire other women with you. Help them to reach their destination.

Women have immense power. All it needs is motivation and encouragement. If they get this encouragement from the family, if they get it from the society, then no power can stop them.

Referring to the women working in public life, the Governor said that all have made their place through hard work. There is no field in which women cannot show their skills. On this occasion, the Governor also honored women working in various fields.

During this, the Chairperson of the State Women’s Commission, Kiranmayi Nayak was also present. She said that I never felt that there is a need to empower women. Women have always been empowered. They just need to be reminded.

During this, Bhilai Mayor Neeraj Pal, Mukesh Chandrakar, Santosh Rungta, IP Mishra, Gunjan’s organizer Gunjan Chandel and other dignitaries were also present.
