GOVERNMENT RELEASES AN INSTALLMENT OF PM KISAN SAMMAN NIDHI YOJANA OF CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR

Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi released an installment of Rupees 18000 crores to more than 9 crore farmers, under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. At the press of a button, the Prime Minister transferred a total of Rupees 18000 crore to the accounts of 9 crore farmers of the country.

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, the government transfers a total amount of 6000 rupees to the bank accounts of farmers every year. This amount is sent to the bank account of the farmers in three equal installments.
