GOLDEN RECORD OF MAXIMUM DEMAND IN THE HISTORY OF MADHYA PRADESH POWER SECTOR

Managing Director of MP Power Management Company, Mr Akash Tripathi said that it is a matter of pride that on 22nd December, Madhya Pradesh created a new golden record of maximum demand for electricity. For the first time in the history of the state’s power sector, the maximum demand for electricity was recorded at 15083 Megawatt a day.

Due to the better management and strong network of power supply companies, this maximum demand of power was successfully supplied and there was no power interruption anywhere in the state.

MP Power Management Company’s control room and regional office, State Load Dispatch Centre, Power Generating company’s power houses, along with Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company, field engineers and personnels of Power Distribution Company played a commendable role in ensuring 15083 Megawatt power supply in the state.
