New Delhi, 18 Dec
Today is the 23rd day of the farmers’ protest. They are still adamant on the borders of the national capital and are not ready to give up their fight against the three new farm laws. In this cold weather they are making arrangements for more tents on the Singhu border.
Dayal Singh of Kisan mazdoor sangharsh committee Punjab said that the PM should talk to the farmers and repeal the new farm laws. We will not give up our fight against these laws.
It is worth mentioning that on Thursday Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the letter written by Agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar to the farmers as his “humble attempt to communicate” and urged the farmers to read it. He stressed that the aim of the new farm laws is to benefit small and marginal farmers.
