The voice in the viral clip belongs to Malayalam actor Mammootty, who portrayed Dr. Ambedkar in the 2000 biopic Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar.

Truth Behind the Audio
The viral audio originates from the biopic and can be heard at the 1:37:20 mark in the film, where Mammootty’s character delivers Dr. Ambedkar’s speech. The speech heard in the clip is not an authentic recording but a dramatized portrayal.

A keyword search led to the original video from which the audio was extracted. Additionally, the Ministry of External Affairs’ collection Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Writings and Speeches Part II provides the full text of the speech delivered during the fifth meeting of the Second Round Table Conference on November 20, 1930.
